Marketing Communications Specialist

Overview

As part of the International Marketing Team, the Communications Specialist will report directly to the Global Head of Inbound and be responsible for executing communication initiatives that support our inbound marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role focusing on social media strategy, communication, and collaboration with local marketing teams across various divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage & coordinate the company’s editorial content for social media, working closely with the inbound, design, and content teams.
• Foster engagement, build relationships with our social media community, and expand our professional network through social selling strategies.
• Plan, implement, and optimise social media advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads.
• Define and monitor social media OKRs based on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage and optimise corporate and individual LinkedIn profiles, as well as corporate Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts, ensuring their integration into content and inbound marketing strategies.
• Track and analyse performance, providing regular reports while staying up to date with the latest trends and updates in social media.
