Job Description
Reporting to the International Marketing Manager, the International Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, development, and execution of the brand strategy at an international level. The role collaborates with local and global teams to ensure brand identity consistency, adapt campaigns to different markets, and contribute to the brand’s growth across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date and analyze consumer trends, competitors, and their product launches.
- Analyze and prepare brand performance reports by region, country, category, product line, product type, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Global, Design, Digital) and external agencies.
- Adapt global materials to local market needs.
- Support the adaptation and dissemination of brand identity guidelines across different materials, ensuring proper implementation.
- Manage the preparation and participation of the brand in international trade shows, events, and conventions, ensuring coordination with all parties involved and support in logistics and preparation.
- Provide support to Area Managers in the preparation of materials and actions for local markets.
- Participate in the preparation and rollout of marketing campaigns and commercial offers for different markets, under the supervision of the senior team, both for new product launches and existing product lines.
- Develop and deliver brand presentations.
- Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the international marketing plan :
- Support in price definition and preparation of sales forecasts by product.
- Consolidate market forecasts / reservations from different countries to ensure accurate global planning.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or similar positions.Excellent command of English (oral and written). Another language is a plus.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.Creativity and cultural sensitivity to adapt campaigns to different countries.Strong communication and coordination skills with multicultural teams.Proficiency in MS Office tools, with strong Excel skills.Key Competencies
