Make an impact and drive improvement

This is a key role where you will have the unique opportunity as enabler towards Hempel’s Double Impact Strategy and becoming a strong support to the commercial organization.

This position offers the extraordinary opportunity to contribute to our sales operation improvements, standardization of processes and being the sparring partner of the regional Sales teams within EMEA region and collaborating with a truly exciting global team and colleagues from all over the world.

What you can look forward to in this role

Actively work with and support the sales teams to reach their targets / through clear commercial processes, including facilitating pipeline processes with the sales team to help drive growth

Facilitate performance reviews with country / regional managers

Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & PowerBI) usage

Find opportunities for improvement in commercial processes

Develop win / loss analyses and use takeaways to craft recommendations to new business opportunities

Support Global ComEx team with the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and with in-country insights to improve understanding & decision making

Lead ad-hoc strategic commercial projects with impact across EMEA

What does it take to become our new team member?

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Econometrics / Data Science or any data heavy field

Experience in Sales Excellence / Commercial Excellence, Strategic Consulting & Organizational change is a significant differentiator

High level of Microsoft office skills especially PPT, Excel (Large data set analysis),

Experience and capabilities in CPQ, Power BI, CRM would be a plus

Willing to travel when required

Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish and French.
