Commercial Excellence Process Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Process Manager to take our global sales and marketing operations to the next level. In this role, you’ll shape and optimize key commercial processes, support impactful global campaigns, and bring consistency across our 12 affiliates worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Design and roll out global commercial processes (CRM, KPIs, promotions)

Drive change management and ensure affiliate adoption through training & support

Support global campaigns with strong sales execution and promotional strategies

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

3+ years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Process Management

Hands-on experience with CRM systems & Power BI

Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Proactive, innovative, and a true team player

Bonus points if you have :

Experience in Pharma or MedTech

Process optimization know-how (Lean, Six Sigma)

Background in digital sales platforms or campaign execution
