Product Designer

Location : Fully Remote with European office visits once a month

Overview

An innovative FinTech scale-up is seeking their first in-house Product Designer to own the entire design function and create exceptional user experiences across their B2B payments platform.

This is a rare opportunity to shape design from the ground up, covering everything from re-branding through to building scalable design systems and delivering a clean, intuitive checkout experience.

Requirements : Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Design (experience in FinTech, payments, or checkout optimisation).
• Proven ability to own design end-to-end : from research and discovery to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Strong track record designing conversion-driven checkout flows and simplifying complex data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience building design systems from scratch and scaling design in fast-growth environments.
• Ability to work across branding, product UI / UX, and enterprise-focused B2B solutions.
• Comfortable being hands-on while setting the long-term design vision for the business.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clear design style, what you did, how you did it, displaying the data / KPI's in how you got there.

Key Responsibilities

This is a chance for a Product Designer to work with an ambitious scale up and have the autonomy to shape the designs around the business and their B2B payment product offering.
