Overview

What You’ll Do

As the Lead Product Designer at InteractiveAI, you will be the driving force behind our user experience, owning the end-to-end design process for our core platform. You will be instrumental in transforming complex, powerful AI-native technology into an intuitive, elegant, and modern interface. Your work will directly shape how developers and enterprises interact with and manage AI agents. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science to define and deliver a breakthrough, category-defining user experience.

Responsibilities

• UX & UI Ownership : Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and concept exploration to creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect, high-fidelity mockups.
• Vision & Strategy : Partner with product leadership to define the design vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with user needs and business goals to create a highly modern and seamless experience.
• User-Centered Design : Champion a user-centered approach by planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Design System Development : Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures UI consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the entire platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive user flows and with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
• Prototyping & Iteration : Build and test interactive prototypes to explore and refine new features, quickly iterating based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Aesthetic & Innovation : Push the boundaries of SaaS UI / UX, introducing modern aesthetics and innovative interaction patterns that make our complex platform feel simple and powerful.
• Mentorship & Best Practices : Drive design excellence across the organization, mentoring other team members and establishing best practices for a high-performing design culture.
