Overview

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Responsibilities

• Research & Discovery : Explore user needs and workflows, run stakeholder interviews, and analyze requirements to define hypotheses for improving the administrative panel (routing, blacklist, anti-fraud stop rules, gateway).
• Rapid Prototyping : Create interactive prototypes in Figma—from quick low-fidelity concepts to production-ready designs—iterate quickly and validate ideas with users and internal teams.
• Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Design Delivery : Prepare final design specifications and assets, collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation, and support the product through release.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Present and defend design solutions to product and engineering teams, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback to reach alignment.
• AI-Enabled Design : Experiment with AI tools to speed up prototyping, generate ideas, and stay up to date on emerging design capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor trends in B2B FinTech SaaS design and proactively suggest enhancements to user experience and internal design processes.
