This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the success of utility-scale renewable energy projects. As a seasoned professional, you will lead all contractual and commercial activities, ensuring the effective negotiation, management, and administration of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue RFQ packages for Preliminary and Early Works, HV Works, Civil Works, Electromechanical Works, and additional services as required by the project.
• Oversee the clarification process with bidders during the tender phase, ensuring timely resolution of queries to maintain competitive and compliant offers.
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, aligning commercial terms with project objectives in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.
• Supervise the drafting, review, and execution of contract documents and annexes, ensuring consistency with company policies and legal compliance.
