This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to lead all contractual and commercial activities across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
The Role
Oversee the preparation, review, and issuance of RFQ packages for various project components.
Conduct commercial evaluations and lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Draft, review, and execute contract documents and manage contractual modifications.
Monitor and manage the issuance and receipt of Bank Guarantees.
Provide strategic support to the Construction team on contract administration and claims management.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors.
Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, procurement practices, and construction-related legal considerations.
Proven experience leading contract negotiation and administration, including claims resolution and dispute management.
