• Identify potential setbacks and delays in the process and communicate them in advance to avoid misunderstandings and claims.
• Explain how things work regarding immigration bureaucracy in Spain to client companies and transferred employees.
• Maintain regular communication with the company and the transferred employee to ensure good collaboration among parties, set realistic expectations, and update on any issue.
