Overview We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be part of the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, helping us bring in top talent that drives our business forward. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in recruiting who’s eager to grow into a more strategic role.
Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to managing Job offers
Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Ensure a positive candidate journey with clear communication at every stage
Support onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth transitions
Keep recruitment data up-to-date and provide reporting insights
Stay on top of recruiting trends and tools to continuously improve processes
Preferred Skills Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities
Strategic and analytical thinker with problem-solving agility
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
Able to work independently and collaboratively with business acumen
Qualifications Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3+ years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced environments (mobility industry is a plus)
Proficient with ATS platforms, HR tools, and social media recruiting
