Overview Senior HR Generalist Job Opportunity

We are a leading wind-blade manufacturer with a global presence, enabling multiple industry-leading OEMs to outsource the production of a larger portion of their wind blades. Our company manufactures advanced composite products to our customers' exact specifications in facilities located near our customers' target markets or in low-cost, world-class locations. Our global field service maintenance and repairs for wind turbine OEMs leverage our global footprint and 12,000 capable associates worldwide.

This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day human resources management, associate relations, talent acquisition, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance in accordance with local labor laws.

Human Resources Management

Talent Acquisition and Development

Policy Implementation and Compliance

Associate Relations and Engagement

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions.

Oversee associate relations and engagement initiatives.

Lead talent acquisition activities and support development efforts.

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications Experience in Human Resources management within a manufacturing or global organization.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive HR initiatives across multiple countries.
