Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Cleaning and Accuracy : Gather data from various sources and prepare it for analysis through cleaning, validation, and transformation.
• Exploratory and Descriptive Analysis : Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and meaningful relationships that inform decision-making.
• Data Visualization (Dashboards and Reports) : Create clear and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Generating Actionable Insights : Identify trends and patterns across data and translate it into practical recommendations that support strategic, tactical, or operational decisions.
• Quality and Security : Ensure end-to-end traceability, security, and quality of data.
• Collaboration : Work closely with technical and non-technical roles within the team.
