Lead Engineer

We are working with a client who is looking for a Lead Engineer. This person will take full ownership of designing, implementing, and managing the motor assembly line.

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, layout, and commissioning of the assembly line.

Work with R&D and product design to incorporate manufacturability into the design.

Select and integrate appropriate tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation solutions.

Develop and enforce quality control processes across the assembly line.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in industries where products are built in-house (not outsourced).

Proven track record of setting up and scaling mass production assembly lines, from the ground up.

Experience with advanced and high-performance motors is essential.

Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver at speed.
