Lead Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with a strong background in Supply Chain, Retail, or Inventory management and exceptional software development skills.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Architect and build microservices-based applications.

Leverage expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design and deploy scalable and resilient systems.

Utilize the Spring framework to build robust and efficient backend services.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications Domain Expertise : Strong professional background in Supply Chain, Retail, or Inventory management systems.

Microservices : Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices architectures.

Cloud Computing : Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Frameworks : Deep expertise in the Spring framework and its ecosystem.

Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
