  • Solve complex SAP HCM technical issues, including payroll schemes, time management, workflows, reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and related modules.
  • Suggest improvements to services at customer and platform levels.
  • Document complex applications, define data structures, and design process flows to meet requirements.
  • Conduct integrated testing and provide technical support, training, and mentoring to the team.
  • Share knowledge and promote best practices for problem-solving and project management.
  • Maintain relevant certifications and propose solutions to optimize performance, service quality, and productivity.
  • Manage workload effectively, monitor tasks, and ensure profitability of assigned projects.
  • Strong motivation, commitment to customers and the company, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, mentor team members, and encourage professional development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to plan, organize, supervise, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong decision-making, delegation, problem anticipation, and risk mitigation skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP HCM technical environment, development, database design, and programming languages.
  • Advanced understanding of SAP architecture, euHReka platform, and various technical platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes and IT products.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Fluent Spanish.
