We are currently seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our experienced team in Granada / Spain. In this role, you will support a range of international clients and ensure smooth, accurate payroll processing across multiple industries. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team committed to delivering exceptional Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Responsibilities Execute timely and accurate payroll processing for client employees using SAP Payroll
Manage and maintain salary-related data in SAP for your assigned client portfolio
Ensure precise and compliant payroll calculations in close cooperation with HR, finance, and other relevant departments
Provide expert guidance to clients on tax and social security matters, maintaining direct contact with social security institutions and authorities
Conduct payroll audits and contribute to the ongoing improvement of payroll processes
Stay current with applicable payroll regulations and ensure compliance
Deliver reports and audits, and offer consultative support to clients
Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and issues related to payroll
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Spanish payroll accounting, with hands-on use of SAP Payroll
Strong knowledge of the SAP HCM Payroll module
Solid understanding of Spanish tax and social security legislation
Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and company pension schemes; experience with expatriate payroll and wage garnishments is a plus
Service-oriented, reliable, and structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Confident user of MS Office and open to new technologies
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
