Chief Technology Officer

Overview

Chief Technology Officer role at Robert Walters. This position focuses on hands-on IT Architecture & Data to lead the design and implementation of the overall IS-IT architecture with a strong emphasis on data, and to drive the company’s technology strategy in a multi-country, data-centric environment.

It is necessary to have proven experience working with end clients in Manufacturing projects (automotive, pharma, aerospace...).

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of the overall IS-IT architecture
• Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
• Manage global migration from parent company systems
• Define and implement the overall IT architecture strategy for the company, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security
• Communicate the IT architecture, cloud & data strategy and plans to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of the IT architecture with the overall business strategy and goals
• Lead the design and development of scalable and secure IT systems that meet the needs of the organisation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the IT architecture
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to other IT teams
