WERE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN PROFILES WITH EXPERIENCE IN :

• Relevant experience as an Agile leader (e.g., Scrum Master, Flow Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
• Hands-on experience applying Agile techniques : user stories, estimation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and pairing
• Experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work across diverse, international teams
• Experience working in global environments and large organizations
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and DevOps principles
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar platforms
• Experience administering and operating ticketing systems, boards, and digital collaboration tools
• A creative, proactive, and motivated working style with a strong focus on innovation
• Fluency in English is required additional languages are a plus
