Data Analyst - Travel Industry

AIC Travel Group SA is a B2B travel company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector.

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with proven expertise in the travel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities : Drive data-led decisions for B2B travel partners (bedbanks, OTAs, DMCs) by analyzing hotel performance, market trends, and sales pipelines.

Build and manage dashboards in Looker Studio / Google Data Studio.

Segment and automate campaigns and reports in HubSpot CRM.

Provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing teams.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence metrics.

Direct exposure to the CEO / management, offering visibility into strategic decision-making.

Requirements : 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in a B2B environment (bedbanks, OTAs, DMCs, tour operators).

Proficiency with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Google Sheets, and advanced Excel.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (reports, segmentation, workflows).

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, analytical mindset, remote collaboration fluency.

Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian / French / Spanish / German advantageous for EU market alignment.
