You’ll translate deepset’s strategic goals into growth programs where you will run digital and field demand experiments, analyze results, optimize inbound and outbound funnels, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue. What you will do
Activate and refine business and technical ICPs by mapping use cases, messaging, and personas to campaigns, channels, and field eventsContinuously design and run high-tempo demand experiments across web, social, paid (with agency), email, landing pages, and content syndication, scaling success based on resultsDrive high-conversion, inbound growth via the Haystack community (1000s of companies), SEO (with agency), partners, and organic socialBuild outbound programs combining SDR sequences with industry, use case and Haystack aligned paid campaigns, analyzing call and engagement data to refine cross-functionallyTest and scale repeatable webinar, roundtable, and event formats that consistently generate ICP-qualified pipelineTrack funnel performance with RevOps using attribution, conversion, and pipeline metrics from awareness through leads, MQLs, meetings, and opportunity stagesClose the loop fast : measure, learn, and pivot campaigns to double down on what works and cut what doesn’tCollaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and Product to align messaging and feedbackManage your budget with focus on ROI, repeatability, velocity, and channel / tactic performanceMonitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging whitespace opportunitiesRequirements
5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketingStrong track record with full-funnel growth with demand gen and pipeline ownershipHands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and demand experiments to develop growth playbooks yielding the best resultsProven ability to cut through the noise in a fast-moving category like AIAbility to drive tight feedback loops with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging learnings and evolutions are adapted quickly into demandDeep familiarity with ICP mapping, segmentation, and value-based messagingSkilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce, as well as user, sales, and intent analytics platformsExperience managing SEO and paid media agency partners for alignment and refinement against business goalsGrowth mindset—you thrive on analytics, experimentation, measure relentlessly, and turn insights into scalable demand playsExperience marketing to both technical (e.g., developers to CIOs) and enterprise buyers (e.g., Line of business owners by industry)Able to operate independently with guidance in fast-paced environments and prioritize based on impactNice to have
