System Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to take ownership of the technical design and development of complex systems and equipment. This role acts as the Technical Authority, responsible for the entire system lifecycle from concept and architecture through integration, validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary technical representative for all system design aspects on assigned projects.
• Define and own the overall system architecture , requirements, and specifications, ensuring they meet functionality, safety, performance, and cost objectives.
• Decompose high-level system functions and allocate them to sub-systems or components, managing dependencies between different technical disciplines.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder specifications to define clear, verifiable internal requirements.
• Lead and support technical discussions with customers and certification authorities.
• Generate, validate, and manage all necessary technical data, documentation, and evidence throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support integration, validation, verification, and qualification (IVVQ) activities.
• Contribute to project shaping activities (e.G., proposals, requests for information) by defining technical requirements and effort estimations.
• Manage technical relationships with suppliers, including work package definition and technical follow-up.
• Estimate tasks, report on progress, and proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities.
