What You Will Do
As a Zurich Web Platform (ZWP) Service Manager, oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services to internal stakeholders, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, maintain a stable production environment, and manage changes, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain control over Service Providers.
Act as a bridge between the Support team (currently managed by a supplier) and Channel Engagement Web Services (CEWS), part of the Global Digital Platform (GDP) team.
Be the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on incident status to different Business Units (covering around 50 external-facing websites across the global organization).
Identify and implement continuous improvements to our support processes and tools.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Service management experience.
Experience in web solution technologies is a plus.
Experience managing and guiding small teams, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, and adapting to changing priorities.
Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships and removing obstacles toward a win / win outcome.
Hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle tasks directly and proactively.
Good communication skills, leadership and stakeholder management.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced English, written and verbal.
