Structured Finance Manager

Responsibilities include :

• Structuring and execution of construction and long-term non-recourse debt, including ancillary facilities such as VAT financing and project guarantees.
• Structuring and execution of development financing, equipment, and pre-construction financing and guarantees.
• Coordination with advisors and stakeholders involved in the financing process.
• Financial modeling and analysis of capital structure sensitivities.
• Preparation of internal and external analysis and presentations, such as Teasers, Infomemos, and reports for Investment Committees and Management.
• Collaboration with the Finance Department and other business teams.
• Support for M&A transactions (buy-side), focusing on asset deals in solar PV, Wind, Batteries, etc.
