Your role in BizAway

• New travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)
