At Factorial we're looking for a new Customer Support Associate Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate Portuguese Market to join our team. Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.
- Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers .
- Problem-solving : Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket / phone / email / chat.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide information about products / services / policies
- Document Interactions
