Performance Analyst

Trina Solar Limited (TSL) is the world ́s leading comprehensive solutions provider for Solar Energy internationally, with a growing presence throughout Asia, Europe and Americas.

Since its foundation in 1997 in China, the company has been increasing its competitiveness and efficiency through a fully vertical integration of its business structure, which allows it to remain as a recognized manufacturer of high-quality PV modules (for commercial, industrial and utility scale applications) and manage the development of diversified PV utility projects (including designing, implementing and operating, both for off-grid and on-grid applications).

Due to expansion of the business, we require a PV and BESS Performance Analyst to monitor on a daily basis the performance of the assets. This is a key role that has been created to support centralizing monitoring and data analysis. The position will play a key role in supporting the Head of Asset Management with any future system developments for the Network Operations Centre (NOC).

Daily monitoring of the PV and BESS assets.

Provide support to the Head of Asset Management so that in time can act as day to day contact for queries relating to performance and monitoring for the Asset Management team.

Provide support to the Head of Asset Management on data analysis, specific studios, and deep performance analysis.

Provide support on the developments of new tools to increase the operational control of the assets.

Provide support on deep dive performance analysis when required.

Provide support on the understanding of key databases and reporting to the wider team, including a performance, and reporting dictionary.

Liaising with internal stakeholders (Finance team, other departments) and external stakeholders (Client and Suppliers) on performance and monitoring requirements when necessary.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery.

Advance level of MS Office package in particular Excel.

~ Able to notice patterns in data and turn them into useful insights for the Asset Management Team.

~ Knowledge in SQL.
