Radio Frequency (RF) Technical Expert

Location : Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain

We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced RF Technical Expert who will serve as a key reference in the discipline, ensuring that technical matters are properly managed within projects, in close collaboration with the Design Authority (CTO). The applicant will provide RF Technical expertise to the RF Active Team within the Radio frequency Discipline.

This role involves working closely with the PDAs, and architects to guide and elevate the technical expertise within the team, participate in proposals and improve the technical performance of the team.

Mission :

• Participate in internal peer reviews during the design phase.
• Optimize customer-oriented solutions.
• Ensure designs align with the development plan, project schedule and budget.
• Collaborate and support other departments in the company (quality, CTO, manufacturing, testing, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
• Promote the reuse of building blocks and standardization.
• Lead and train junior engineers.
• Foster knowledge management within the team.
• Engage in the evolution of RF products and in research and development (R&D) activities.
• Lead technically complex Bids.

Education & Qualifications :

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer (master's degree) with over 15 years of experience in areas such as : Electronics, Radiofrequency design and validation (UHF to Ka Band), radio communications or telecommunications, TTC, and space segment.
