Clinical Applications Specialist - Vision Technology
Est Search are partnered on the search of a Clinical Application Specialist to support the global adoption of our client's advanced vision technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations at international congresses and events, delivering clinical training to healthcare professionals, and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders in optometry and ophthalmology.
This role is ideal for an optometrist with strong clinical knowledge who enjoys training, presenting, and engaging with leading experts in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at international congresses, exhibitions, workshops, and customer meetings.
- Deliver clinical training and onboarding sessions for doctors and clinical staff to ensure effective product use.
- Engage with key opinion leaders to drive clinical adoption and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collect and relay clinical insights to internal teams to support product development and refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and R&D to align clinical messaging and strategy.
- Provide ongoing clinical support for customers and distributors worldwide.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Degree in Optometry or a closely related discipline (mandatory).Strong clinical background in optometry and / or ophthalmology practices.Proven experience in clinical training, product demonstration, or customer-facing roles in medical devices or healthcare technology (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English (required); additional languages are an asset.Based within commuting distance of Madrid.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally.Apply now or contact Danny Laycock ( ) for more information
