Our organization is a leading chain of ortho clinics that has fully digitalized its processes. Our business model combines medical expertise with digitalization, recognized as one of the fastest-growing HealthTech companies by Forbes.

We are looking for an experienced Vice President Legal to strengthen our legal team in Barcelona. As a strategic partner, you will provide legal counsel to the board and senior management, identifying and mitigating risks, and advising on corporate governance matters.

Your key responsibilities include :

  • Providing accurate legal guidance to the leadership team
  • Leading external lawyers and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Managing litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Advising on intellectual property and supporting company expansion

To be successful in this role :

  • You should have 8+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
  • Experience in a senior role within an in-house legal team
  • Proven experience in fast-growing businesses with a track record of leading legal teams
