Senior Brand Manager

Job Overview

As a Senior Brand Manager for Southern Europe, you will oversee the strategic marketing of Nicotinell, a leading brand in the NRT category.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market leadership.

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
• Lead impactful consumer and HCP campaigns that promote brand awareness and loyalty
• Collaborate with distributors to optimize trade and customer marketing initiatives
• Manage P&L, shaping short- and long-term brand management strategies

Innovation & Product Development

Leverage market insights and consumer data to create innovative marketing solutions.

Partner with global teams to qualify new product innovations and drive their execution from concept to commercialization.

Marketing & Communication

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Lead state-of-the-art digital marketing campaigns, including advanced data analytics and KPI tracking.

Experience & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in Consumer Health (OTC experience preferred)

Strong background in consumer and HCP marketing (Pharmacy channel an asset)
