YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE :

• Own the Roadmap : Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area. Align your roadmap with broader company goals and clearly articulate the rationale behind your product decisions.
• Execute with Excellence : Manage the entire lifecycle for complex projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Master Your Domain : Develop a deep expertise in your product's customers, market, and competitive landscape. Identify unmet needs and validate hypotheses through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Influence and Align : Influence and align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to rally around your product vision. Lead your cross-functional team by example and through clear, persuasive communication.
• Drive with Data : Define success metrics and KPIs for your product. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance to inform prioritization and uncover new opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on Technical Solutions : Possess a strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, design, and technical trade-off decisions.
