Senior Product Manager, Onboarding role at Welltech

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team and focus on the user onboarding journey. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience and guiding new users to their first purchase across our three apps (Walkfit, Muscle Booster and Yoga-Go). You will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for your squad, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to new users and convert them into subscribers.
We need someone strong in product discovery, skilled at assessing market fit, and comfortable testing and experimenting with new channels, products, and audiences. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, outcome-driven, and a proactive collaborator with marketing, design, engineering, business, and other product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for your squad, aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation within the user onboarding journey
- Define and prioritize product hypotheses based on data-driven insights and user feedback, with the goal of improving onboarding and conversion
Product Execution
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality features that optimize the user journey from landing to purchaseManage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective executionUtilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage product development and iterate on features, working closely with the Engineering ManagerUser Focus & Data Analysis
Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand onboarding needs and pain pointsAnalyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities in the onboarding funnelRun A / B tests to optimize product features and enhance the onboarding experience, focusing on key metricsBase all product decisions on dataCollaboration & Communication
Communicate the product vision and strategy for the onboarding funnel to stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective onboarding initiativesEngage with product communities to bring external insights into the product and onboarding strategiesQualifications
Previous B2C experience with onboarding flows and subscription models is preferredStrong experience in product discovery and assessing market fitDemonstrated ability to test and experiment with new channels, products, and / or audiencesCandidate journey
