Senior Project Manager Data

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will :

Collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute project intake and discovery efforts, aligning Product Madness’s strategic objectives with the wider Aristocrat project portfolio.

Maintain transparent, up-to-date project status reports and relevant reporting.

Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO capabilities, toolsets, and processes to drive operational excellence.

Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project management effectiveness.

Conduct thorough project discovery activities, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, and scope definition.

Lead regular project reviews to evaluate performance, risks, and issues.

Monitor change management efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain a release management strategy and oversee release planning activities.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

6+ years of experience leading strategic projects and overseeing PMO functions.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.

Knowledge of resource management, capacity planning, and software development workflows.

Certifications such as AgilePM, PgMP, PMP, or CSM are highly preferred.
