Role
As part of the McCann Worldgroup Services Department, the Success Manager will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of accounts. The successful candidate will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for managing a team from Projects Managers, to lead critical projects keeping budgetary control. Success Manager will be client focused and have good communication skills as well as organisation and time management skills, to manage both your clients and internal departments whilst always focusing on delivery, quality, process and profitability.
Accountabilities
Client Management Responsibilities :
- Act as a brand guardian for your client guidelines and guarantee brand consistency.
- Anticipate the need for resources for the projects following client's campaign calendar.
- Escalate all serious client issues to your line manager immediately and recommend solutions wherever possible
- Build strong day to day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders - communication is key
- Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports that are tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience.
- Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients
- Understand the client ecosystem and communicate accordingly (example – local vs regional, CDO vs Ecomm vs Marketing)
Team Management
Lead your project management team, act as a guider for them and help when needed.Allocate and coordinate tasks from your project management team.Coordinate the workload of your team according to their availability and client needs.Oversee the work of your team to ensure that it meets the client's standards.Pursue the achievement of client KPIs.Project Management Responsibilities
Orchestrate & work on important & new projects, coordinating between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and Agencies); and managing these projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIsCollate any information needed for input to client reports and presentationsMonitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendationsBusiness Development Opportunities
Strive to improve client and stakeholder relationsProactively seek and identify new revenue opportunities in existing clients or prospects and inform Business Lead.Support Business Lead in developing proposals for any new revenue opportunitiesQuality Control Responsibilities

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
10-15 years in Account ManagementFluent oral and written English and Spanish.
