We're looking for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist who will elevate our field commercial selling teams through expert onboarding and sustainment journeys. As part of our Global Commercial Training Team, you'll drive learning program strategy in partnership with cross-functional business and marketing colleagues to ensure seamless information dissemination. You'll also partner with us in auditing performance and optimizing training experiences based on associate needs.

This role offers the opportunity to :

• Deliver instructor-led trainings or virtual / remote learning sessions for our Digital Pathology selling teams across various regions.
• Develop engaging content and interactive experiences for single-day, multi-day, or week-long educational sessions.
• Collaborate with sales, sales leadership, and the Digital Pathology business unit to assess training needs.
• Ensure product management's training materials are up-to-date and effectively communicate commercial value proposition content.
