• Conducting virtual student engagement sessions to gather crucial insights and feedback
• Leading data-driven innovation by translating learning analytics into actionable strategies
• Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, and design teams
• Pioneering new approaches to personalized learning through AI implementation

Your core mission is to pioneer and perfect our AI-driven, teacher-free educational model across multiple campus locations. Success means leveraging data analytics and direct student feedback to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth rates.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, consult
