Mission : To craft accessible math learning experiences based in math education research that foster conceptual understanding and student thinking. We aim to develop problem-solving, reasoning, creativity, and communication skills in learners, preparing them for meaningful contribution.

Traction : Innovamat aims to be a global institution in math education. We strive to bring the best math practices everywhere and for everyone. Over 2,300 schools, 490,000 students, and 21,500 teachers already work with us. Since our foundation in 2017, we have opened operations in Spain, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and in the United States.

Product : Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.

What will be your mission? 🚀

As a Strategy Associate reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will work closely with the leadership team (including the CEO) on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Your role will be varied, analytical, and fast-paced. You will :

• Lead and support strategic projects across different areas of the company, working closely with teams from Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and more.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor updates and materials for Board meetings, ensuring clear and insightful communication of business performance.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and support our growth in current and new markets.
• Translate data and insights into presentations that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Gain exposure to the company’s key challenges and priorities, working hand-in-hand with top leadership and gaining a holistic view of the business.
• Bring structure, insight, and momentum to complex and ambiguous problems.
