Your Impact : As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Deliverect, you will optimize our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding) for greater efficiency and effectiveness. You will drive change by balancing strategic project-based initiatives with day-to-day operational support. By leveraging your deep knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, you will contribute to scalable, customer-centric growth. This is a proactive, autonomous role that involves ownership of key operational tasks impacting business outcomes.
What you will do
- Project-Based Initiatives : Lead and deliver quarterly RevOps projects, including reporting improvements, process optimization, and tool enhancements.
- Operational Support : Provide timely day-to-day operational support to GTM teams, troubleshooting and resolving CRM and system-related issues via our ticketing system.
- Data and Reporting : Develop and maintain CRM reporting dashboards, including pipeline forecasting, and use data analysis to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement across GTM processes, workflows, and systems; implement solutions balancing speed with long-term scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Finance, People) and external vendors to align on priorities and solutions.
- Data Management : Improve how we leverage contact data across systems, ensuring data quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
What you will Bring
Experience : 2-5 years in an Operations or similar role (Revenue Ops, Business Ops, or GTM support) within a high-growth tech company.CRM Expertise : Hands-on CRM experience, with strong knowledge of HubSpot preferred. CRM admin certification is a plus.Mindset : Curious, proactive, and optimistic with a drive to initiate change. Comfortable working autonomously with ambiguous requirements and balancing quick fixes with long-term solutions.Skills : Project management, ability to handle multiple priorities, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.Communication : Strong English communication skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts for the GTM team.Join Our Innovative Journey
