Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor IT Incident Management operations, focusing on Major Incidents.
- Evaluate and resolve technical problems efficiently by following established processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders during incidents, including crisis management if necessary.
- Analyze the Problem Lifecycle for open tickets, identify root causes, and implement remediation actions.
- Provide timely and informative reports on Incident / Problem / Change activities to senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Required Skills
Proven experience in managing critical IT incidents, problems, and changes in large-scale infrastructures.Detailed knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.Able to handle high-pressure situations and escalate effectively.Fluency in English (B2 / C1), both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
