Technical Especialist!

Responsible for implementing & supporting part or all the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed design. Often leads small to medium technical projects. Works with and under the direction of the Project / Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate. Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment. Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment. Contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learnings are documented and shared. Produces internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components or modules, etc.

Incident analysis and troubleshooting Provide workaround and restoration for incident raised by Managed Services team Elevation to L3 (Solution Support and Product Support) Application management (patch, license, upgrade) Change Management (Release docs / test cases) Maintain Configuration Register Raise product bugs to Product Support team Patch installation and deployment DR planning and execution Provide information on capacity planning Oracle SBC, Cisco Call Manager, Broadwork.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Telecom Value Added Services Application : Intelligent Networking / Telecom Applications Servers / IVRs. Protocol : CAP, INAP, ISUP, Diameter, SMPP, REST, and SOAP. SO : Linux
