Job Title :

IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a focus on Workplace technologies and VIP user support.

The ideal candidate will assess and administer systems such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM to ensure performance, security, and user satisfaction. Leveraging their technical expertise, they will troubleshoot complex issues, support executive users in both Spanish and English, and contribute to continuous service improvement through documentation and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide VIP user support in both Spanish and English
• Escalate and appropriately route incidents to the relevant support teams
• Identify undocumented issues and contribute to service documentation
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform)
• Manage users and devices using Intune (Endpoint Manager)
• Deploy applications and image devices using SCCM
