We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our growth efforts as Lead Growth Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth levers to increase spend efficiently and profitably.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team and create scalable processes.
- Lead partnerships and business development initiatives with ad networks and platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering to introduce automation tools for campaign management and reporting.
- Partner with product and monetization teams to boost ARPU.
- Oversee the Creative team to ensure their output aligns with growth needs.
- Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights.
- Maintain a competitive edge by keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth marketing / media buying.A proven ability to scale growth efforts while maintaining strong performance.Expertise with digital platforms like Google Ads, CPI networks, DSPs, etc.A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.Great communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.Strong resource management skills, both in team bandwidth and marketing spend.Fluency in written and spoken English at a business level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
