Role Description

• Support customers (support level 2 / support expert) in the scope of Audience measurement systems (audio matching / watermarking technology).
• Analyze and reproduce customers’ issues, troubleshoot and resolve them through workarounds or technical solutions.
• Track issues through a ticketing tool and maintain permanent dialogue with customers.
• Assist customers with the installation and maintenance of their systems.
• Install and test new product versions and verify that they are correctly tested before release to customers.
• Write process or informational notes (FAQ, How To, technical notes) related to setup, commissioning and support of Audience measurement systems to aid customers.
• Support presales activities through technical advice when necessary.
• Good written and fluent oral communication in English is required.
• Support activities may require occasional travel abroad.
