Your Role : Global Operations Manager

As Trainer Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance and engagement of a large team of online language trainers across the globe. From our office in Madrid, you’ll ensure high-quality lesson delivery and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain goFLUENT’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of approximately 60 online language trainers.
• Monitor and improve the performance of each trainer to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Track and ensure compliance with internal KPIs and standards.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• Lead trainer recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee day-to-day HR-related matters for your trainer team.
• Collaborate with other internal teams across departments and time zones.
• Be the central point of communication between the company and the trainers.
