Executive Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

About this role :

Lead a team of professionals in delivering service excellence to our customers.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize service delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction machinery industry.

Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred qualifications :

Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Experience in after-sales service, service team management, or a related field.

Fluency in English or Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
