Senior Financial Strategist

Spearhead financial growth across Spain, reporting directly to senior leadership and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure seamless implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and oversee monthly closings and reconciliations to maintain financial stability
• Prepare actionable financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial goals with operational priorities
• Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear performance objectives and key performance indicators
• Support internal and external audits, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails to ensure transparency and accountability
• Contribute to business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis to mitigate potential risks
