Job Description : About the Role

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to oversee our financial operations, ensuring seamless cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and efficient accounting practices.

You will be responsible for managing our financial health, including FP&A, bookkeeping, and accounting in Spain, as well as overseeing administrative tasks such as employment contracts, payroll coordination, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Cash Flow Management : Oversee cash flow to ensure timely payments and minimize delays.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to airgun regulations in ES, EU, UK, and US, as well as customs and import compliance.

Accounting and Bookkeeping : Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Administrative Tasks : Coordinate employment contracts, payroll, and internal policies.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in e-commerce or product-based businesses.

Familiarity with Spanish SLU structure and EU VAT models.

Proven ability to manage cash, P&L, margins, and FP&A cycles.

Experience working with legal advisors and coordinating compliance (EU & US ideal).

Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Process-driven, structured, and comfortable making high-trust decisions.

Ability to work closely with a founder team, handle ambiguity, and build systems.
