We're seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region.
This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who excels in fast-paced environments, thrives on building and coaching high-performing teams, and effectively drives new business growth.
You'll be responsible for leading a talented sales team, driving revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine strategy and optimize the sales pipeline.

- Owning individual and team targets, you'll lead from the front while inspiring your team to achieve excellence
- Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments through data-driven insights and effective sales strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications :
