At Submer, we are redefining how data centers are built, integrated, and operated, with sustainability, efficiency, and innovation at the core. We are now looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to join our team and take a leading role in driving large-scale, transformative projects across Europe.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a professional with a consultative mindset, someone who listens deeply, understands the broader customer context, and guides them toward optimal strategies for building and operating high-performance data centers at scale. Whether it’s optimizing existing infrastructure, validating ambitious plans, or co-designing greenfield deployments (such as those fueled by the EU’s AI gigafactory initiatives), you will be at the heart of shaping tomorrow’s data infrastructure.

You’ll not only help customers achieve their technical goals, you’ll shape their strategic vision and turn innovation into tangible results. Your impact will be measured in the success of sustainable AI factories, the efficiency of next-generation data centers, and the long-term relationships you build.
What you’ll do
Engage deeply with enterprise customers and public / private organizations to understand their strategic needs, challenges, and ambitions.
Partner closely with the Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) and cross-functional teams (Design & Build, R&D, Marketing, AI Cloud, Customer Support) to co-develop proposals that deliver business value, not just technology.
Lead strategic sales initiatives in South of Europe with a focus on large-scale projects.
Build and nurture enduring relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.
